Since being diagnosed with DFI, I have been researching a lot. What I have found out is this cannot be put in a box and say avoid x and only eat y. I know I have to stay away from things with fructose, mainly HFCS which is the biggest offender but I am finding out that certain wheat varieties are safer than others. Who would have thought.
